Metal wall temperature measuring point of steam system

Metal wall temperature measuring points generally include water wall temperature of boiler, metal wall temperature of steam drum, wall temperature of saturated steam outlet pipe, wall temperature of downcomer, wall temperature of superheater pipe, wall temperature of reheater pipe, etc.
The metal wall temperature thermocouple of the boiler uses the armored element as a temperature measuring probe or is equipped with compensation lead wire or junction box. The measuring end is fastened on the heat conduction block by screws or welding, and the heat conduction block is welded or clamped on the pipe wall. The temperature of the metal surface is measured through the heat conduction of the heat conduction block.
