Spring pipe protection temperature sensor (S10Pt100-150-X-3231/F00S200)

In view of the frequent occurrences of disconnection at the root of the temperature sensor of the bearing bush of the water turbine, especially the spring pipe protective device is installed at the end of the sensor probe. The spring and the sensor are connected rigidly and reliably to enhance the protection of the conductor and prevent the disconnection at the root of the sensor in the oil groove.

The chip-type temperature sensing element adopts laser welding technology to prevent the solder joints from loosening or falling off in case of strong vibration, which effectively improves the stability of measurement. 
Movable ferrule connection mode is available. The wire does not need to rotate with the probe during installation, and the insertion depth of the probe can be adjusted appropriately.
The spring protective device can effectively bear the load of the joint of rigid material and flexible material and prevent the conductor from breaking when the tail conductor swings frequently.
Oil and high temperature resistant shielded conductor, jacket and insulating layer are made of special polymers, which can work in the oil temperature of 100℃ for eight years. 
The copper-plated silver core has good conductivity, and the equilibrium degree of each hundred meters is less than 0.05Ω.
