Temperature measurement of boiler furnace system

For the bed temperature measuring point of fluidized bed, the temperature sensor is required to be wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant. It is recommended to use high-temperature wear-resistant alloy casing pipe to resist wear.

At the temperature measuring point of the fluidized bed, the temperature casing pipe is severely worn under the erosion of high flow velocity pulverized coal particles. In the high temperature corrosion environment, its service life often cannot meet the requirements of stable operation of the unit. Therefore, the wear-resistant casing pipe shall be wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant.
